What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Data Intelligence solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Product Managers across Europe and the US.
• Oversee the development of AI-native capabilities, including AI agents for data discovery and intelligent automation.
• Translate strategic vision into clear technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering leadership.
• Engage with Chief Data Officers and enterprise clients to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) to position the product as a category leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 4+ years in a leadership role managing other PMs.
• Deep expertise in data governance, data cataloging, data quality, and data mesh principles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and AI agents.
• Proven track record in both fast-paced startup environments and large corporate structures.
• Technical fluency with cloud-native architectures and data platform ecosystems.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
