What you will do

• Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap and strategy from onboarding activation to autonomous management capabilities.
• Design and optimize conversational AI experiences, including memory systems, escalation logic, and agent autonomy behaviors.
• Define and refine autonomy frameworks such as Autopilot, Co-pilot, and Radar to balance user trust and automation.
• Collaborate with a dedicated engineering pod to deliver high-impact product iterations on a weekly release cadence.
• Conduct regular customer interviews, demo sessions, and behavioral research to continuously improve product-market fit.
• Monitor and optimize growth metrics related to activation, engagement, retention, and agent reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading 0-to-1 product initiatives.
• Proven experience shipping production LLM-powered or AI-native features, including prompt engineering and evaluation loops.
• Expertise in product growth metrics, activation funnels, retention analysis, and customer lifecycle modeling.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles and conversational product design.
• Native or near-native English communication skills (C2).
• Quantitative mindset with ability to analyze data via SQL and daily use of AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
