Supplier Quality Engineer (Power Modules)

Location: Torino, Italy; site based in Borgaro Torinese, Italy. The role includes travel.

What you will do

• Manage supplier quality performance and serve as the primary quality interface for assigned power module suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier quality issues, non-conformities, and 8D corrective actions.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, assessments, and improvement plan follow-up.
• Identify supplier quality risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate communication and escalations with suppliers, Purchasing, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant Supplier Quality experience, preferably in automotive, high-voltage, or power electronics environments.
• Excellent knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.
• Good knowledge of data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel and ability to manage quality issues constructively.
