Supplier Quality Manager

hirify.global's Large Motors and Generators Division develops large AC motors, generators, and special-design electrical equipment for industry, infrastructure, and marine transportation.

What you will do

• Develop medium- and long-term supplier quality strategies, annual roadmaps, and strategic quality objectives.
• Lead digital supplier quality transformation using QMS/MES data, quality visualization, risk warnings, and closed-loop improvement.
• Manage supplier qualification, audits, performance ratings, process surveillance, and capability development.
• Lead 8D and root-cause analysis for incoming defects, field failures, and quality incidents, ensuring CAPA closure and recurrence prevention.
• Drive supplier reviews, yield improvement, PPM reduction, and quality cost optimization.
• Coach and develop the SQE team while supporting internal and customer audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials, Quality, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of supplier quality management experience and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building supply chain quality strategies and improvement roadmaps.
• Experience with quality digitalization, data analysis, and system-driven quality management.
• Proficiency in 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and MSA, plus knowledge of mechanical parts, machining, casting, stamping, and electrical components.
• Fluent English required for overseas supplier communication and audits.
