Quality Control Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own in-process and finished-product quality control, maintaining quality control plans, PFMEA, check sheets, and related documentation.
• Identify quality risks, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effective closure of non-conformities.
• Investigate customer complaints, propose solutions, prevent recurrence, and support customer visits.
• Prepare inspection and test documentation, coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests at customer sites, and support special-equipment inspections.
• Manage calibration of production measuring instruments and maintain inspection standards and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data, support audits and NPI activities, and train production teams to reduce defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of machining, assembly, injection molding, or stamping processes.
• Practical experience with 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D, and FMEA problem-solving methods.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, internal audits, mechanical drawings, specifications, and common measuring tools.
• On-site quality control, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and report-writing skills.
