What you will do

• Manage institutional clients, including payment companies, trading firms, and digital asset businesses.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to resolve queries and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Track client activity, usage trends, and transaction performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Assist senior commercial team members with account planning, reporting, and client reviews.
• Monitor market developments across payments, fintech, and cross-border settlement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, or financial services.
• Strong interest in fintech, institutional payments, and digital assets.
• Experience working with institutional or B2B clients in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluent English required.
