TL;DR

Relationship Analyst or Senior Relationship Analyst (Agribusiness Banking): Providing prudential and client relationship support to Major Agribusiness Clients (MAC) account managers to develop new business and manage existing accounts with an accent on CDD risk analysis, AML/CTF, and KYC compliance. Focus on managing the client journey from request to settlement and ensuring strict adherence to bank policies and procedures.

Location: On site in Perth or Adelaide, Australia

What you will do

  • Support MAC Account Managers in responding to new and existing client requirements efficiently.
  • Manage the entire client journey from initial request to settlement.
  • Perform CDD risk analysis in AML/CTF, KYC requirements, and other operational tasks.
  • Prepare loan applications and collaborate on client reviews in line with Bank policy.
  • Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess, taking appropriate commercial and prudential actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Audit, Credit, Compliance, and Business Continuity policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in banking, finance, or agriculture is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working within a customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of client structures.
  • Ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management and operational tasks.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
