TL;DR
Senior Sales Compensation Analyst (RevOps): Own monthly commission execution and partner on plan design, modeling, and incentives for GTM organization with an accent on accuracy, audits, and strategic insights from attainment data. Focus on diagnosing payout patterns, resolving inquiries, and leading process improvements to scale operations.
Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local ns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.
Salary: $100,300 to $135,700 CAD (separate bands for other regions).

What you will do
- Partner on designing, modeling, and refining sales compensation plans, SPIFFs, and incentives to drive rep behavior.
- Manage end-to-end commission processing, audits, and payouts across systems with rigorous controls.
- Investigate and resolve commission inquiries from reps and managers professionally.
- Analyze attainment, payout, and pipeline data to recommend plan, quota, and territory changes.
- Prepare and validate sales data for payroll calculations meeting weekly deadlines.
- Lead process and system improvements for commission tooling, documentation, and policy.
- Maintain documentation of plan logic, calculations, audits, and policies.
Requirements
- 4+ years in sales compensation, revenue operations, business operations, strategic finance, or management consulting.
- Track record executing complex, deadline-driven processes accurately and improving them.
- Comfort structuring loosely defined problems and driving recommendations.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling for scenarios and simulations.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen to model plan economics and align with strategy.
- Excellent communication to present to senior leaders.
- Bachelor's in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS/high-growth tech GTM teams.
- Hands-on with commission platforms (Forma.AI, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Everstage).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
