What you will do

• Lead the annual strategic plan, budget process, and monthly forecast cycles.
• Deliver insightful commercial recommendations and manage the monthly Hotels performance pack and KPI dashboards.
• Own the forecasting and reporting for the Gaming Compliance program, including the development of business cases.
• Manage national overhead costs and partner with senior leadership to analyze monthly results.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A and operations teams to define cost control measures and resource requirements.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance.
• Advanced data analysis and modelling skills for processing high volumes of data.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables), SAP, Tableau, and TM1.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a broad audience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Richmond, VIC.
