What you will do

• Record financial transactions and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Perform monthly balance sheet and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve variances.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet strict financial deadlines.
• Manage customer invoicing and facilitate global accounts receivable and revenue management.
• Audit accounting records and processes to ensure operational efficiency and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial data to produce management reports and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in reconciliations, payments, and account management within finance.
• Ability to execute high-volume transactional work with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills to translate financial data into meaningful management insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets and financial systems.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Bendigo, Victoria.

Nice to have

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA or CPA qualification (completed or in progress).
