Account Executive Large Enterprise (DACH): Sell Workforce and Customer Identity Cloud solutions to large multinational enterprises over 4000 employees with an accent on whitespace land-and-expand, upsell/cross-sell, and managing complex opportunities. Focus on building account plans, driving top-of-funnel activity, developing executive partnerships, and navigating long sales cycles using MEDDPICC methodology.
Location: DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), hybrid.

What you will do
- Establish vision and tiered account plans covering strategy, financials, pains, objectives, and stakeholders.
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through InMails, events, networking, SDRs/BDRs, marketing, and partners.
- Leverage upsell/cross-sell in install base and pursue new logos with value-based selling.
- Build long-term advisory partnerships with executives using MEDDPICC and mutual action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, solutions architects, legal, and deal desk.
- Utilize Business Value team for ROI demonstrations and impactful messaging.
Requirements
- Expert SaaS sales experience to enterprises with 4000+ employees
- Self-sourcing opportunities and winning new logos
- Navigating complex sales cycles with $100k-$1M+ ARR deals and multiple stakeholders
- Selling to technical (CIO/CISO/CTO) and commercial (Product/Marketing/HR/Operations) audiences
- German and English language skills
