About the Role

You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule and confirm meetings. You will serve as the first point of contact for candidates, provide timely updates, and ensure a professional candidate experience. You will maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), assist with reporting needs, and identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align scheduling priorities and adapt to changing timelines and priorities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across time zones
• Candidates must be located in Brazil (Remote)
