What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for EMEA recruiters across UK, European, and APAC time zones.
• Manage professional candidate communications to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain and update pipeline data within the ATS to ensure records are audit-ready.
• Prepare interview materials, agendas, and panel briefs ahead of interview loops.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or process gaps.
• Support administrative tasks including job postings, reporting, and internal logistics.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of recruiting coordination, executive coordination, or high-volume administrative experience.
• Based in the UK with the ability to work UK business hours.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong professional communication skills in writing and over video.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse or Gem is a strong plus.
