TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR): Providing administrative and operational support for the talent acquisition function with an accent on onboarding, ATS management, and candidate experience. Location: Hybrid (Columbus, OH) - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

What you will do
- Coordinate full-cycle onboarding, including preparing offer materials, background checks, and facilitating orientation.
- Manage recruiting operations: post jobs, screen basic applications, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems.
- Prepare standard TA reports and dashboards for turnover, headcount, and diversity metrics.
- Support HR projects including process improvements, system implementations, and DEI initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or administrative HR support.
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Workable, Rippling) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid knowledge of US employment documentation and basic compliance (I-9, W-4).
- Must be based in or able to work in Columbus, OH to support the hybrid schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain high confidentiality.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a technology, consulting, or environmental services firm.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or currently working towards one.
- Exposure to benefits administration and leave management processes.
