What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality and process consistency.
  • Support recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Must be based in China
