Contract TA Coordinator

TL;DR

Location: Must work on-site in Orlando, FL office a minimum of 3 days/week

What you will do

• Own candidate interview scheduling across virtual, phone, and on-site formats, coordinating multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Act as primary candidate contact, ensuring seamless positive experiences and handling logistics like travel and materials
• Update ATS, manage confidential data, escort onsite candidates, and provide admin support to TA leader
• Support strategic projects: create presentations, liaise with business partners, process invoices, track projects
• Contribute to TA process improvements and special initiatives

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Orlando, FL office minimum 3 days/week
• Must be willing and able to work overtime when required and travel if necessary
• 1+ years professional experience in coordination, project support, or administrative role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, strong communication, PowerPoint skills, data handling
