What you will do

• Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project profitability forecasts, recognize monthly costs for revenue, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide project management leadership to pre-sales efforts, including developing proposals, estimates, and high-level schedules.
• Develop detailed project schedules covering engineering, installation, integration, and external milestones.
• Apply systems engineering principles to validate customer business cases and demonstrate performance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong project management background.
• Team leadership and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
