What you will do

• Translate industry, client, and product owner needs into technical specifications, data model designs, and ingestion code; deliver safely into production with repeatable patterns.
• Build and maintain transformation/mapping logic from complex client XML/JSON payloads to hirify.global data models using server-side JavaScript and XSLT where appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with core engineering teams, including Java backend, for seamless integration between platform logic and client delivery workflows.
• Deliver reliable, maintainable code; participate in code reviews; apply testing discipline aligned to hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• Financial markets experience and comfort with capital-markets concepts (products, issuance/trade lifecycles, data flows, operational controls).
• Strongly preferred: structured products experience.
• Front-office/trading adjacent roles, structuring support, trade support, middle office automation, or fintech delivery supporting trading/issuance workflows.
• Strong server-side JavaScript (Node.js/backend scripting) for transformation logic and debugging edge cases.
• Experience with XML/JSON, integration patterns, designing maintainable structures, mappings, and transformations.
• Engineering fundamentals: Git/version control, agile collaboration, commitment to code quality and testing.
