What you will do

• Translate commercial requirements into efficient, low-friction operational processes.
• Manage the configuration of the licensing and reporting platform to implement product codes and fee changes.
• Calibrate the customer reporting interface to capture evolving consumption models, such as API usage.
• Audit data flows between licensing agreements and monthly invoicing to minimize revenue leakage.
• Optimize platform usage to provide comprehensive insights on customers and data.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within financial data.
• Advanced data visualization skills.
• Experience in a business analysis or support function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with content design and documentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Acrobat.
