Location: Leeds / Hybrid 2x days in office

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

What you will do

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex needs into clear deliverables
• Work across projects and programmes of varying scale, facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and apply techniques like BDD and value stream mapping
• Engage engineering teams to validate solutions and build stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to governance, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with delivery communities to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as Business Analyst in agile environments
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean/Startup
• Experience with requirements techniques: BDD, Three Amigos, cone of uncertainty
• Ability to produce clear documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows
• Confident facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle ambiguity
