What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and understand complex business processes.
• Investigate system data flows to determine necessary monitoring, validation, and automation requirements.
• Build scalable automated solutions using SQL, Python, and AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align on system architecture and support implementation.
• Improve the quality and reliability of operational issue detection and prevention.
• Establish new organizational capabilities and reusable patterns for the Risk Technology function.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field or similar.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar analytical tooling, with a strong aptitude for technical learning.
• Experience using AI tools to solve business problems and the ability to critically assess AI outputs.
• Professional experience in operations, consulting, fintech, or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London
