What you will do

• Manage and achieve defined national KPI targets, including distribution, cooler placement, and Perfect Store standards.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans specifically for the CVS channel.
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.
• Implement promotional programs and optimize the placement of POS materials.
• Analyze customer growth rates, profitability, and the effectiveness of sales promotions.

Requirements

• University degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the FMCG sector.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Business-level English (preferred).
• Valid driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within the CVS (convenience store) channel.
