What you will do

• Act as an operational liaison between Japan and US Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for Japan sales workflows, systems, and documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end Japan order process and collaborate with Accounting on billing and invoicing.
• Provide Salesforce and Marketo user support and deploy marketing campaigns and emails.
• Coordinate cross-border projects and document milestones and change requests in CRM systems.
• Provide translation and localization support for sales and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Operations, or Project Coordination.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms for reporting and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales order processes for Japan or other APAC markets.
• Familiarity with translation and localization tools such as Crowdin.
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike.
