What you will do

• Build end-to-end reporting solutions in data management and visualization tools specific to the health system business.
• Translate business questions into clear metrics and executive-ready visualizations.
• Redesign operational workflows to replace manual, duplicative, or error-prone processes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across Lab Ops, Clinical Ops, and Medical teams to align on metric definitions.
• Partner with IT and Engineering to ensure clean data pipelines and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, automate workflows, and improve documentation.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of the health system market, hierarchies, and reporting tools for this segment.
• Advanced expertise in BI tools and comfort working with large, complex healthcare-specific datasets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, run effective meetings, and drive decision-making.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL or Python to automate reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LIMS, and Snowflake.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
• Background in healthcare, diagnostics, or lab operations.
