Location: Remote (Canada). Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; no relocation or sponsorship provided.
Salary: CA$102,000 – CA$127,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead strategic projects and "Special Projects" to refine enterprise-level strategy across domains.
- Build and manage sophisticated analytical models to assess performance and identify root causes.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor portfolio performance and margins.
- Translate complex datasets into visual narratives for senior leadership to enable informed decision-making.
- Partner with Data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and pipeline reliability.
- Build forward-looking models to estimate expected losses and stress-test performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics or strategy within fintech, payments, lending, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational drivers in a SaaS or fintech business.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Python.
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy and driving measurable company impact.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

- Experience with third-party data and decisioning platforms like Plaid or Stripe.
