What you will do
- Ensure global or regional availability of demands for the assigned product portfolio while meeting inventory and service level targets.
- Implement sales and marketing objectives into annual production and procurement plans.
- Execute operational production planning and procurement based on independent decision-making.
- Coordinate demand requirements across sales companies, divisions, and production sites.
- Monitor delivery reliability of suppliers and production sites, proactively managing supply shortages.
- Identify and propose measures for supply chain process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in planning tools like SAP and Power BI.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.

- Experience in APAC distribution planning.
