Location: Must be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Ensure global or regional availability of demands for the assigned product portfolio while meeting inventory and service level targets.
  • Implement sales and marketing objectives into annual production and procurement plans.
  • Execute operational production planning and procurement based on independent decision-making.
  • Coordinate demand requirements across sales companies, divisions, and production sites.
  • Monitor delivery reliability of suppliers and production sites, proactively managing supply shortages.
  • Identify and propose measures for supply chain process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain planning.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in planning tools like SAP and Power BI.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.

  • Experience in APAC distribution planning.
