What you will do

• Create customer-facing collateral including pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, and ROI models.
• Manage contract lifecycles (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs) in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Oversee sales operations, maintaining CRM hygiene and the internal content library.
• Lead prospect and customer calls throughout the sales cycle.
• Project-manage long enterprise sales cycles to ensure timely deal closure and surface bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong understanding of contract structures and legal intuition.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously.
• Passion for aviation and enterprise sales.
• Must be based in New York City or US time zones.
