Growth Associate (Fintech)

Growth Associate (Fintech): Managing platform partnerships and onboarding new partners with an accent on partner success, operational troubleshooting, and performance reporting. Location: Hybrid in New York City (must be based in NYC, office attendance 3 days/week)

Salary: $125,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for platform partners to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure success.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new partners, tracking timelines and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Analyze partner performance metrics using Excel and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Support the Partnerships team with market research, pitch deck creation, and CRM maintenance in Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Identify and optimize bottlenecks in partner management workflows to improve scalability.
• Translate partner feedback and bug reports into prioritized product requirements.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Growth, sales support, client success, or consulting.
• Must be based in New York City to facilitate a hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in office).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Exceptional professional communication skills for managing external stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Notion, or Monday.
• Basic understanding of how APIs and software integrations function.

Nice to have

• Experience building clean and compelling presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides for external audiences.
