What you will do
- Lead technical and business discovery to align platform capabilities with ROI, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.
- Partner with AEs and AMs to drive complex, high-stakes enterprise deals and mitigate evaluation risk.
- Design and execute POC-based trials to validate business impact and accelerate decision-making.
- Architect scalable integrations using REST APIs, CRMs, Zapier, and Workato to decrease customer time-to-value.
- Provide actionable field feedback to influence the product roadmap, GTM strategy, and customer retention.
- Mentor peers on discovery, demos, and technical strategy to scale the Solution Consulting function.
Requirements
- 8+ years in presales (Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering) within a GTM SaaS environment.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience selling to Enterprise-level accounts.
- Fluency with REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to present to VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
- AI-native mentality with a track record of applying AI to work smarter and solve problems faster.

- Experience at a fast-growing PLG or hybrid go-to-market SaaS company.
- Proven success as a player-coach mentoring presales and cross-functional teams.
- Thought leadership in sales technology, marketing automation, or RevOps best practices.
