Business Analyst (Salesforce)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Salesforce): Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for cross-organizational projects/Stories with an accent on Salesforce CRM integration. Focus on acting as liaison between business units and IS teams, supporting development, QA, and business readiness activities.

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current Work Authorization is required for all openings.

Base Salary: $60,000 to $100,000 CAD (annual, based on experience).

What you will do

• Conduct business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for cross-organizational projects.
• Assist with project scope estimation, planning, requirements phasing, and prioritization.
• Act as intermediary between business units and IS teams, translating business and technical requirements.
• Support Development and QA teams through design and testing phases.
• Coordinate Business Readiness activities.
• Handle Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Elicitation, Collaboration, Analysis & Design, Consultation, and support.

Requirements

• Completed College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related Business Analyst experience within the financial industry. Current Work Authorization required.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), analyzing requirements, liaising with stakeholders, leading elicitation sessions.
• Familiarity with BABOK methodology and Business Analysis Best Practices.
• Superior communication, analytical skills, self-management, multitasking, interpersonal skills for meetings.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or similar CRM software experience.
• Working within an Agile framework or on a Scrum team.
• IIBA or Business Analysis certification, CSM, CSPO.
