Enterprise Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate (SaaS): Driving data-driven decision-making for Enterprise GTM leadership with an accent on end-to-end revenue funnel insights. Location: Hybrid; must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto with an expectation to be in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $105,600 – $142,800 CAD

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end revenue funnel analysis to identify opportunities for upsell and new business within the customer base.
- Partner with Enterprise GTM leadership to diagnose process bottlenecks and embed analytics directly into the sales strategy.
- Design, develop, and own executive-ready dashboards in Salesforce and CRMA to highlight pipeline health and leading indicators.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company growth goals.
- Proactively detect performance anomalies and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support long-term planning.
- Collaborate with Data teams to build scalable data solutions and ensure a source-of-truth for all performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using data to inform business decisions within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills and a strong foundation in statistics or financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of conversion rates, funnel dynamics, cohort analysis, and forecasting logic.
- Familiarity with enterprise pipeline operations, segmentation, territory planning, or compensation design.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building and maintaining executive-level reporting and data models.
- Familiarity with revtech stack including Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Looker, SalesLoft, and Gong.
- MBA degree.
