Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada (Currently fully remote until offices are established, then transitioning to a 50/50 split).

Salary: $46,500 – $64,000 CAD

What you will do

• Provide operational support across the full sales deal lifecycle, including quote creation, approvals, and contract execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams, offering guidance on best practices and contract terms.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure deals are financially sound, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales Operations to support process enhancements and tool improvements.
• Manage complex or non-standard deals, providing tailored assistance and maintaining alignment with leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of deal documentation by maintaining organized records and updating systems promptly.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Deal Operations or Sales.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and processes.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge of CPQ tools (e.g., DealHub CPQ).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC, Canada to support the future hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant work experience specifically within the SaaS industry.
