TL;DR
Deal Operations Analyst (SaaS/Deal Desk): Managing the sales deal lifecycle and providing operational support for quote creation and contract execution with an accent on deal structuring and cross-functional alignment. Focus on optimizing deal flow through a case queue model and improving internal systems for scalability.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada (Currently fully remote until offices are established, then transitioning to a 50/50 split).
Salary: $46,500 – $64,000 CAD

What you will do
- Provide operational support across the full sales deal lifecycle, including quote creation, approvals, and contract execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams, offering guidance on best practices and contract terms.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure deals are financially sound, compliant, and aligned with company policies.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Sales Operations to support process enhancements and tool improvements.
- Manage complex or non-standard deals, providing tailored assistance and maintaining alignment with leadership.
- Ensure accuracy of deal documentation by maintaining organized records and updating systems promptly.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in Deal Operations or Sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and processes.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and knowledge of CPQ tools (e.g., DealHub CPQ).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC, Canada to support the future hybrid model.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Relevant work experience specifically within the SaaS industry.
