What you will do

• Own GTM operating rules including account categorization, routing, ownership, and lifecycle definitions in Salesforce and connected systems
• Translate GTM policies into documented system requirements and partner with IS teams for implementation
• Govern core metrics, attribution rules, and reporting standards as the definitive authority
• Lead cross-functional alignment for major process changes like new models or territory updates
• Identify tooling gaps, define requirements, and collaborate with Data teams on solutions
• Build and maintain accessible governance documentation for policies and processes

Requirements

• Fluency in English as a working language
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy & operations
• Salesforce fluency in objects, workflows, and automation
• Proven ownership of business rules, attribution, or operating models in B2B SaaS
• Cross-functional experience with IS, Data, Marketing, and Sales leadership
• Comfort with BigQuery and Looker for data validation and QA
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
