• Communicate value propositions and differentiate services in the marketplace, emphasizing the Operations Practice.
• Develop and coordinate client engagement pitches, proposals, and presentations.

• Identify key value drivers for potential clients and establish hirify.global as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct research on industries and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee project finances, quality, and execution in collaboration with Senior Managing Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant sales and business development experience in a professional services firm.
• Proven track record in originating revenue.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
