What you will do

• Lead turnaround and restructuring engagements for private equity firms, boards, and management teams.
• Manage junior teams in executing financial modeling and preparing client presentations.
• Develop 13-week cash flow models, 3-statement models, and pro-forma scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external stakeholders to achieve engagement objectives.
• Draft comprehensive reports, written analyses, and other client deliverables.
• Support practice growth through marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in complex financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, or technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Experience with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
