Director, Consulting (Energy Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office). Must be based in or near Boston, New York, or Houston. No visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $180,000 - $190,000 (base pay)

What you will do

• Lead project execution and ensure the quality of all analytics and deliverables for energy clients.
• Manage C-suite and senior-level relationships across supply chain, project management, and engineering teams.
• Develop new solutions to meet client objectives and support the global energy transition.
• Mentor and oversee junior members of the Supply Chain Consulting team.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities and lead proposal development.
• Manage project work plans, budgets, revenue recognition, and profitability metrics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• Experience in Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Bachelor's degree (post-graduate preferred).
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
• Must be based in or near Boston, New York, or Houston.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
