What you will do

• Create and maintain privacy education, training, and guidance materials for the workforce and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits of the privacy program and create reports with recommendations for corrective action.
• Research and analyze changes in federal and state privacy laws, specifically those from DHHS and OCR.
• Develop reporting tools and maintain documentation to track key privacy metrics.
• Serve as a resource for operational teams to integrate legal privacy considerations into business decisions.
• Cross-train in privacy incident management and legal document review.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technical and data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with healthcare legal or compliance operations, particularly HIPAA.
