Privacy Analyst (AI Risk)

What you will do

• Manage Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs) and erasure requests end-to-end, collaborating with IT.
• Analyze data events, produce management information, and monitor Key Risk Indicators.
• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of the RAISE (AI Risk Management) framework.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and update employee privacy notices.
• Operate the OneTrust privacy platform and design awareness training for the business.
• Collaborate with data science, technology, and procurement teams to promote responsible AI use.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or a related field.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal for hybrid work.
• Privacy qualification (CIPP/E or CIPM) or the motivation to obtain one.
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration.
