What you will do

  • Lead enterprise compliance and strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer.
  • Build and scale compliance and privacy programs across clinical operations, telehealth, and payer partnerships.
  • Partner with product and clinical teams to design compliant care models and support new services.
  • Manage regulatory audits, payer discussions, and interactions with external stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing compliance team with effective organizational design.
  • Anticipate and respond to regulatory trends across telehealth, oncology, and value-based care.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership in complex, regulated environments.
  • Deep expertise in HIPAA, TEFCA, Medicare, and fraud, waste, and abuse regulations.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification (JD, MPH, MBA, or CHC) preferred.
  • Proven track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders and balancing innovation with regulatory risk.
  • Experience in high-growth, technology-enabled healthcare organizations.
