What you will do

  • Manage entity compliance and corporate governance across U.S. and Canada jurisdictions.
  • Conduct structured legal research on regulatory, consumer protection, and product-related issues to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the first-line owner for complex consumer escalations and regulatory inquiries.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to review features and policies for regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor intellectual property infringements and support brand protection enforcement strategies.
  • Design scalable legal workflows and automate manual processes using AI and low-code tools.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in law (Bachelor’s, JD, LLM, or PhD).
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Proven track record of extreme resourcefulness and high organizational rigor.
  • Interest in using AI and technology to optimize legal workflows.
  • Ability to operate with a deep sense of urgency and ownership in a high-performance environment.
