What you will do

• Act as primary liaison between Japanese development teams and GungHo America’s production for a live operations title.
• Monitor product updates, maintenances, and ensure correct timings of messages and announcements.
• Translate informational materials accurately from Japanese to English and vice versa.
• Share fan feedback with Japanese teams and provide helpful presence for fans.
• Request info for social media/marketing, provide feedback on materials, and check accuracy of in-game and official channel messaging.
• Create proposals for tournaments, giveaways, and merchandise at live events; assist with KPI data analysis.

Requirements

• Must be business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to two years of localization experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed; flexibility to work overtime.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; passion for games.
