Associate Producer (Gamedev)

Location: Must work in person from the office in Saratoga Springs, NY. Relocation assistance is available for successful candidates.

Salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary bridge and representative between the studio and project partners.
• Create and maintain project roadmaps, milestone breakdowns, and sprint plans.
• Define and improve internal processes to ensure project health and team wellbeing.
• Proactively identify project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate workflows with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Manage partner relationships and advocate for internal team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in production or project management.
• Knowledge of game industry-standard software tools, design documents, and production best practices.
• High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver against deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving and mediation skills.
• Strong communication and decision-making capabilities.

Nice to have

• Strong background with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar project management tools.
• Experience managing software engineering teams.
