What you will do

• Coordinate tasks and dependencies with internal teams including QA, Community, and Player Support to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain and track schedules for maintenance, QA, and weekly bug triages.
• Support daily operations of the live service to ensure a stable play environment.
• Execute live service updates and maintenance for seamless delivery.
• Monitor basic game health metrics, such as ticket counts and community reports.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of game production experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of live and online game player behavior and emerging industry trends.
• Strong project and time management skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, CA on a hybrid schedule.
