What you will do
- Partner with Development and Product teams to incorporate internationalization and regional requirements early in the intake process.

- Advocate for cultural nuance and experiential consistency while balancing speed and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate project-level risks related to localization and compliance.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a localization producer in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
- Deep understanding of game development cycles and supporting technologies.
- Proficiency with localization content management systems (CMS), version control, and media localization tools.
- Strong knowledge of internationalization best practices and global localization pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies applied to localization workflows.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively with global, distributed teams.
