Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between hirify.global and external project partners.
• Develop project roadmaps, milestone breakdowns, and sprint plans.
• Establish and optimize processes to ensure project health and team wellbeing.
• Identify project risks proactively and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with distributed teams across various time zones.
• Advocate for internal team members and support studio-wide interdisciplinary initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience specifically within the game development industry.
• Proficiency with industry-standard production processes, design documents, and tools.
• Strong expertise in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, mediation, and effective communication.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver against strict deadlines.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with Live Ops teams and best practices.
• Experience managing software engineering teams.
• Background in the co-development space.
