What you will do

• Execute quarterly and annual live events such as Pokémon GO Fest, Tour, and Wild Area for both real-world and global in-app audiences.
• Develop and iterate on agentic AI skills and automated workflows to validate event specs and analyze operational performance.
• Lead projects from concept to launch, breaking down complex initiatives into clear workstreams and milestones.
• Partner with engineering, QA, design, and art to ensure live events and features are properly tested and launch-ready.
• Synthesize learnings from postmortems and reporting to improve and scale production practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing a live service mobile game or comparable digital product.
• Proven experience building or improving AI-enabled systems and automated validation flows to increase team efficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco, United States.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Authentic Pokémon GO fan with a deep understanding of what makes live events meaningful to players.
• Willingness to travel.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
