What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between Japanese development teams and the US production team for live operations titles.
• Monitor product updates and maintenance while coordinating post-launch content development.
• Perform accurate bidirectional translation of informational materials between Japanese and English.
• Manage game assets for PR, marketing, and social media usage, including obtaining clearances from IP holders.
• Establish KPI targets and coordinate contract payments and milestone tracking with finance and legal.
• Review marketing materials and in-game messaging for accuracy and timing.

Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and verbal).
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar production role within the game industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.
