What you will do

• Work with project leads to guide projects from concept to ship
• Facilitate communication and accountability across disciplines
• Identify and remove roadblocks
• Determine task priorities with technical leadership
• Maintain detailed team schedules and play to individual strengths
• Scope features into manageable deliverables with creative departments
• Collaborate on best practices, pipelines, and resource allocation
• Communicate delivery dates to stakeholders
• Keep team mobilized on goals, milestones, and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years game production experience
• Strong technical background with software engineering or technical management experience
• Experience in collaboration environments
• Proficient project and people management skills
• Strong team building abilities
• Solid understanding of AAA game development process
• Passion for hirify.global titles
