What you will do

• Lead multiple complex game projects from concept through regulatory approval with minimal oversight.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and milestone execution across design, engineering, art, math, and QA.
• Translate creative visions and player goals into executable plans and priorities.
• Configure and optimize Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and automations to improve visibility.
• Mentor producers and cross-functional partners to build skill and decision-making confidence.
• Manage delivery, quality, and cost risks to prevent late-stage surprises.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production, software project management, or technical production.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including configuration and automation.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and cross-discipline dependencies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Reno, NV, US

• Prior experience working in the video game industry.
• Scrum Master experience.
