What you will do

• Engage with targeted large enterprise retail prospects to identify business pain points and become a trusted advisor elevating their planning practices.
• Partner with sales and account executives to address industry challenges and develop strategic presentations and demonstrations.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, execute solution demos and proof of concepts for prospects.
• Assist in cross-training teammates and partners on hirify.global solutions and retail expertise.
• Create product awareness and ensure technical fit of hirify.global SaaS offerings to client needs.
• Document and transition deal knowledge to implementation teams for successful handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in retail presales or consulting.
• Proven experience in Merchandise Planning processes and planning applications.
• Experience with Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Optimization preferred.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with multi-dimensional planning models, BI or Analytics (hirify.global, Anaplan, Pigment, etc.).
